If you encounter a wine that you consider to be faulty we will happily replace or refund the purchase price of the wine. For confirmation we suggest that you open a second bottle, perhaps decant for an hour or so and then retaste the wine.
It is important that you keep the faulty wine until we advise otherwise. Some winery/suppliers may wish to see the faulty wine for quality assurance reasons.
